Thank you for shopping with Maxine! Please note the following important information about our in-store and online purchase policy:
Returns:
We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with tags attached within 14 days of your in-store purchase or online delivery date. Returns are refunded to the original payment method upon review and approval.

Online Orders:
Online returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated. In-store drop-offs are welcome.
Final Sale:ย All sale items, along with jewelry, bags, hats, scarves, gift items, and accessories, are final sale and cannot be returned.
Responsibility for Packages:ย Once your package leaves Maxine and is picked up by USPS, UPS, or another mail carrier, we are no longer responsible for any lost, damaged, or missing packages, including those marked as delivered.
