- Final Sale: All sale items, along with jewelry, shoes, bags, hats, scarves, gift items, and accessories, are final sale and cannot be returned.
- Shipping Charges: Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Responsibility for Packages: Once your package leaves Maxine and is picked up by USPS, UPS, or another mail carrier, we are no longer responsible for any lost, damaged, or missing packages, including those marked as delivered.

- Shipped returns are the customer's responsibility.
- Items can be returned by your preferred carrier.
- Please either enclose the packing slip that came with your order or ensure that your name, order confirmation and telephone number is included inside the returned package.
